Class Meeting Shortcourse Online 2021
Gudskul Ecosystem would like to thank friends who have participated and been part of the Gudskul Online Short Course in the 2nd and 3rd Batch. The class formats that are present in the 2nd and 3rd Batch are quite varied, namely webinar formats which only have one meeting, pre-recorded videos with a learning management system which is being put together on the go, as well as intensive classes which take longer meeting times and ends with a final presentation.
The Intensive Class in this batch is still in the trial phase and we are looking for parts that need to be rethought, as material for joint evaluation. So that it can be even better in the next class, and become a reference for future project-based classes. Intensive Class is a class that is trying to be adapted in the current era, which was previously conducted face-to-face (offline) to become an online meeting (online). At the beginning, it was very doubtful that the class could take place with a system like that, but in the process we were able to create this virtual exhibition, as a form of final presentation from the participants consisting of four classes, namely the Popular Culture Reading Class with critical mindfulness with Hikmat Darmawan, the Space Management Class creativity with Kedai Buku Jenny, digital music media class with Pop HariIni and finally in batch #3 there was a research-based work creation class. The intensive classes in the 2nd and 3rd batches actually prepare many classes that could be a choice for prospective class participants but only four classes can be run. Gudskul also collaborates with the Arts Coalition who are fundraising for their program this year by opening intensive classes.
Along the way, there were only four classes that could run. Digital music media with Pop today, Managing creative space with Jenny’s bookstore, Reading Popular Culture with critical mindfulness with Hikmat Darmawan and Creating research-based works with Fx Harsono. Each class takes place over a period of six weeks, classes are held once a week. The diverse demographics of the participants, from a wider range of participants because it is held online, is indeed a positive value of this class. However, there is still a downside because it has to be held online which is definitely tiring, especially classes that are held every weekday.
Once again, Gudskul Ecosystem would like to thank all my friends who have participated in organizing this intensive class. Sorry if there are many shortcomings here and there. Thank you also to the Arts Coalition for collaborating very well in organizing the Online Shortcourse this time. Finally, enjoy the online short course virtual class meeting exhibition and see you in the next classes.
